Bonjour,

Pour la gestion des problèmes, il faut des tickets incidents de référence.
D'ou une liaison visible de l'un ou l'autre tickets.
Le type de ticket problème et incident auraient ainsi un nouvel onglet gestion de problèmes en cas de liaison opérée.
