Description
Que le champ commentaire soit mappé ou pas, il ne faut jamais supprimé le contenu initial du champ commentaire mais effectuer un ajout.
Ce comportement existe déjà si champ commentaire mappé et ajout info d'injection dans le champ commentaire (les 2 sont concaténés mais le contenu initial est supprimé)
