Description

- rename post-only to self-service : to be done before release
- rename normal to observer : to be done before release
- Add upercase to all profile name : to be done before release
- update default hardware type linked to tickets for actua lprofiles : to be done before release

New profiles may be added now.

Nouveaux profiles pour Helpdesk :

Supervisor : il peut voler les tickets pour pouvoir les assigner. Bien entendu il peut voir tous le stickets
C'est le manager de tous les techiciens

Technician : Il traite les tickets, de l'assignation à la résolution. Ce n'est pas lui qui fait l'assignation

Hotliner : il créé les tickets et fait la qualificatin de premier niveau (assignation, catégories...)
il valide la solution après avoir pris contacvt avec le demandeur
