Description

Discuss about affect SLA on creation and after creation

  • Permit to affect a SLA on creation : OK
    • Busines rules will not override setted SLA
    • if due date and SLA set : recompute due_date based on SLA
  • Permit to affect SLA after creation : on qualification :
    • condition to do that : no followups and tasks / status new ? CONCLUSION : ALWAYS PERMIT THAT
    • actions : recompute due date if needed and compute all needed actions

VALIDATED

Need to add a BIG warning before setting a new SLA
