Description

Now OperatingSystem, OperatingSystemVersion and OperatingSystemServicePack are independant.
We should organize them as hierarchy : OperationSystemServicePack (SP4, 12.04) should be a child of OperatingSystemVersion (XP, Ubuntu) that itself should be a child of OperatingSystem (Windows, Linux).
So, OperationSystemServicePack and OperatingSystemVersion should inherit from CommonDBChild.
