Description

There're 2 cases for external links:
- open a web page (for example a printer setup page)
- launch a command (for example a cmd window to launch a system command) : this is frequently used to integrate DameWare or RDP clients into GLPI

The default behavior is to open the link in a new window. It works well for the second option, but for the first it opens a new blanch tab, which could be avoided.

What I propose it to add a new option Open in a new window to address both cases.
A new field in glpi_externallinks called open_window (bool) will be added, and a new dropdown yes/no in the external link form
