Description

Example :
1. A default template X (on entity) with mandatory field : Title
2. Another template Y with none mandatory field (or other than default template)
3. A category "test" linked with template Y

When create ticket with category "test", mandatory fields of template Y are displayed : OK

But with open ticket for update it, mandatory fields of default template are displayed : KO

$values['itilcategories_id'] = $default_values['itilcategories_id']; AND NOT $this->fields['itilcategories_id']

use before ?

if (!$ID) {
$itilcategories_id = $values['itilcategories_id'];
} else {
$itilcategories_id = $this->fields['itilcategories_id'];
}
