Vraiment pas persuadé que ce soit la correction adaptée. La gestion est faite automatiquement (c'est certainement la dedans qu'il y a un soucis)

Testé en 0.84 et c'est bon pour moi sauf juste un petit détail avec les champs obligatoires.

Gabarit avec champ type prédéfini à Demande
titre obligatoire

Je crée un ticket en changeant le type pour Incident mais j'oublie de remplir le titre.
Lors du retour il me reprend la valeur du gabarit et non ma saisie.
