unwanted notification on update ticket (triggered on save button in self-service)
On self-service ticket form, just after ticket creation, if we save theform without changes, itemtype is altered from "" (empty value) to "0".
This update triggers a notification.
In attachments, a patch for 0.84 and 0.85.
