Some tags used by some notif templates do not appear in list of available tags

Description
Tags ##lang.resource.resting## and ##lang.resource.restingtitle## are used by notif template 'Resource resting'.
But those 2 tags do not appear in the list of available tags of this notif template.
Same for ##lang.resource.holiday## and .holidaytitle
