Add technician as assign on adding solution
We would like to propose a new feature to the plugin (and we develop it if you are ok with it).
If no technician is assigned to a ticket when a technician add a solution or update the ticket to "Solved", this technician is automaticly assigned to the ticket.
We can't delete existing technician assign to add connected technician.
In adding a solution => add the logged technician if not already added
In change status => add the logged technician if not already added
If you want only one technician, you can activate single_tech_mode
