Enhancement of knowledgebase, using it both as a handbook and FAQ.
A pure knowledgebase system is nor per se a FAQ, but since the ability to post articles to a public FAQ exists I understand the layout with the headings QUESTION/ANSWER. But I also would like to publish internal ICT handbooks (with different chapters in a structured layout) within the KB so I would like to suggest the following change:
Each article posted gets tagged with either FAQ or ARTICLE the only thing thats get affected is the layout of the KB article when viewing it.
If its a FAQ the headings are QUESTION/ANSWER. If its an KB article they become TOPIC/CONTENT.
This is purely cosmetical, but it looks kunda funny when my Knowledgearticles have non question-like headings and it states QUESTION.
