Description

Please add the option to send emails in every follow-up category ('For all new ticket', 'For each follow-up' etc..) to equipment user - this would be useful when the person entering a helpdesk ticket is not the user of the equipment - that is how we run our help desk with the majority of the users (at the moment) calling us for support rather than entering their own tickets.
