Tickets Follow Up screen - toggle group view

When a user clicks the 'Tickets Follow up' button in the 'Helpdesk Access Only' front end, it would be great if there was a radio button to switch the list of tickets shown from just those for the user to all those in their group - for example:

( ) Show only my tickets
( ) Show all group tickets
