Assistance - Statistics not using date filtering

When going to Assistance -> Statistics and limiting the date range, the user summary displays the proper number of tickets. When one then goes to select the user, all of the tickets rendered by this user are shown instead of the date limited results.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Select Assistance > Statistics
2. Select by tickets
3. Set the beginning and end dates
4. Choose 'Update'
5. Notice number of tickets is correct for the date range
6. Click on one of the users to see the tickets and see each of the tickets handled by the user.
