Howto store the photos ? specific directory ? in files as doc ?

see ImportLdapPhoto

TODO : permit to delete picture / Reduce size on user form ?
MoYo : think it is not interesting for the moment (thumbnail do the job)

pour ce ticket là, moi je verrai ça :

- stockage en fichier
- modification de la fiche user pour avoir un espace pour la photo
- ajout de la possibilité d'upload
- ajout de l'import ldap

eventuellement il va falloir prévoir un filtre pour limiter la taille de l'affichage de la photo
voir prévoir un système de vignette avec un cache pour éviter les recalculs inutiles

sinon on peut faire plus bourrin et limiter la taille et le poids à l'upload et à l'importation ldap

we can use the jpegphoto ldap attribute to retrieve use picture.
the picture is base64 encoded
on AD, jpegephoto seems to be working for Win2003+
