The centreon plugin

This plugin allows you to link items to the GLPI host's centreon installation


After decompressing the archive into the plugin folder of GLPI GLPI log on as administrator:

Menu: Configuration / Plugins / Centreon / Installation

This will create the tables used by the plugin.

Rights Management

Menu: Configuration / Plugins / Centreon / Management rights profile

This step allows you to define user profiles that can use the plugin.

Known Issues

The pie chart is not displayed

The GD is a library that allows you to create and manipulate images in many formats (GIF, PNG, ...).

When this library is coupled with PHP, it is possible to generate images directly in the browser, very helpful and gives very nice images!

Installing Windows (Xampp)

php_gd2.dll must be activated in your php.ini extension. To activate it, delete the ";" in front of php_gd2.dll in your php.ini file.

Remember also to copy the file php_gd2.dll in the c:\windows\system32.

A small reconfiguration Apache is also required.

Installing Ubuntu

  • a) install gd2
sudo apt-get install libgd2
  • b) edit php.ini
sudo gedit /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini

Edit the file php.ini and uncoment or add

  • c) php library
sudo apt-get install php5-gd

Installation Centos 4.4

  • a) install gd2
yum install php-gd
  • b) edit php.ini
vi /etc/php.ini

Edit the file php.ini and uncoment or add

  • c) restart httpd
