ProcessMaker Server Installation

This section provides all information needed to install the ProcessMaker server the right way to be able to use it with the plugin and GLPI

We are going to use the community edition of ProcessMaker: http://www.processmaker.com/community-support
We are also doing a lot of references to the wiki: http://wiki.processmaker.com/2.8/Community%20Edition

Notes
  1. We are currently using the 2.5.2 release on production server.
  2. It should be possible to use release 2.8.0, but beware that it is currently under tests!
  3. ProcessMaker server is not relocatable (i.e. it is not possible to install it in a sub-folder of the web server for example: "http://my.server.com/processmaker/...", it must be in the root folder like explained in the wiki).
  4. ProcessMaker server and GLPI server must be installed on the same web server. Due to some technical constraints (like iframe access via javascript: it is planned to clear this constraint in next release of the plugin). Currently, it must use the same port than GLPI (for example: 80).

Steps to install:

  1. ProcessMaker 2.5.2 Installation on IIS 7 and Windows 2008
  2. ProcessMaker 2.8 Installation for Apache 2.4 on a Debian 8 (jessie)
