Answer to the ticket satisfaction survey

input a hastable

  • help option to get usage information
  • ticket : ID of the ticket, mandatory
  • satisfaction : integer from 0 to 5, mandatory
  • comment : text, optional

return a hastable if succed (as for glpi.getTicket)
